Right at the crossroads of I-680 and I-580 you will find one of the best cities that started back in the 1800’s, Dublin CA. The population of this once small city jumped to 35,000 people. The need of open minded development was the result for most of the high-end projects, higher density housing near BART, major office and tenant retail developments, boutiques and major shopping centers. The location was more than appealing for companies like Sybase, Palo Alto Medical Foundation, and Kaiser Permanente who were the major employers at the time. This resulted with increase in the number of new homebuyers and transforming the place in a perfect place for suburban living.
Today Dublin California offers many neighborhoods. Dublin enjoys new properties and housing that come at prices ranging from $400,000 to well over $1 million. Dublin ranch is a master planned community built around the Dublin ranch golf club and its magnificent golf course. This gives this eastern community great view of not only the valley but the golf courses as well. You can find combinations of higher density condo and attached homes with traditional detached single family homes.
Hacienda Crossings is a place where you can find a popular shopping center and movie theatre complex with tenants such as Best Buy, Any Mountain, Old Navy, Barnes & Noble, and more. But the urbanization hasn’t stopped it still continues with several high end retail developments that are planned for the East Dublin area, providing easy shopping access. Also additional BART station will be opened right across the Stoneridge Mall in west Dublin. Excellent transportation, vide choice of homes and steady employment are the bases on which Dublin is built.
